This policy explains what information Orange Rock collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Orange Rock is the data controller for information collected on orangerock.si. You can reach us at business@orangerock.si about anything in this policy.
What we collect and why

We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics profiles on this website, and we never sell your information.
Where it is stored and who processes it
- Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) hosts the website and stores early-access sign-ups in Cloud Firestore, located in Mumbai, India (asia-south1). Transfers outside the EU are covered by Google's Standard Contractual Clauses.
- jsDelivr serves the open-source animation engine used near the bottom of the page. Your browser requests it directly, which shares your IP address with that network.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until early access ends and you choose not to continue, whichever comes first. Hosting request logs are kept by Google for a limited period under its own retention policies.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing business@orangerock.si. Every update email includes a way to unsubscribe. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority; in Slovenia that is the Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
Changes
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and change the date above. If the change is significant, we will email early-access members before it takes effect.
