Early access terms
Orange Rock is in early access. These terms explain what that means. By joining the waitlist or using Orange Rock during early access, you agree to them.
1. What early access is
- Orange Rock is a product in active development. Features are released to early members in stages, and some described on our website are still rolling out.
- Features may change, be paused or be removed as we learn what works. The service may be unavailable at times and is provided "as is" during early access.
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invitation. We invite members in batches.
2. Cost
- Early access is free. We will not charge you for Orange Rock during early access.
- Before early access ends we will announce paid plans and give you notice. You choose whether to continue; nothing is billed without your explicit approval.
3. Your spend and your accounts
- Plans Orange Rock prepares (for example ad budgets or cloud deployments) only take effect after you approve them.
- Approved spend runs in accounts you own, such as your ad platforms, payment gateway and cloud project. Those providers' own terms and charges apply. During early access Orange Rock adds no markup to that spend.
- You stay responsible for decisions you approve and for keeping your connected accounts secure. You can disconnect them at any time.
4. Your content
What you create with Orange Rock, such as plans, copy and code, belongs to you. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you.
5. Fair use
Please don't use Orange Rock for anything illegal, to send spam, or in a way that harms other people or the service. We may suspend access that breaks this rule.
6. Liability
Because early access is free and still in development, to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses or for outcomes of plans you approve. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will change the date above and email early members about significant changes before they take effect.
